Part 2: Cleaning up your Facebook Profile
You take a critical look at your Facebook profile and compare it with your friends' profiles. Your profile actually seems okay. You have a photo of yourself that seems relatively professional-looking, and the recent posts on your wall are friendly--nothing mean. The one piece that has you concerned is that a few years ago, you may have said some mean things to the friend of your former boyfriend/girlfriend. You're pretty sure that friend had a key role in the undoing of that relationship. What do you do?
Choice 1Leave the posts where they are. It was a long time ago, and someone would have to read through a lot of posts to even get near the unfriendly things you said all those years ago.

Choice 2No time like the present to clean up the past! You carefully delete the posts that seem negative. Later, you ask a friend who is older than you to take a look at your profile to see whether there's anything there that makes you seem immature.
